Renewable energies - Hydrogen

Context:

  • H2 Production and distribution_Auxerre

 

Activities:

  • Drawing up the site plan and feasibility studies
  • Creation of source documents :
    (piping list, electrical plan, crane plan, isometrics, mechanical specifications...)
  • Discussions with architects and civil engineers for on-site studies
  • Optimisation of routes to meet safety constraints

 

Objectives:

  • Supply a fleet of buses and light vehicles for the town of Auxerre via the future H2 station
  • Ensure the safe production and distribution of hydrogen on site

 

Renewable Energies

Renewable energies - Hydrogen

Context:

  • Conception de stations de distribution d'hydrogène

 

Activities:

  • Drafting of technical specifications for the main components
  • Clarifying and analysing suppliers' bids
  • Updating technical documentation and diagrams
  • Analysing the design with the mechanical engineering and automation departments

 

Results:

  • The project deliverables were handed over to the client on time, allowing the project phases to proceed according to schedule. Technical and financial improvements were discussed with a view to future optimisation of the systems.

Offshore - renewable energies - Transport

Context:

  • Parc Eolien Saint-Nazaire: project to install 80 wind turbines in St Nazaire

 

Activities: 

  • Provide technical and operational expertise to the Project Management Team (PMT)
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure safe execution of the T&I package according to schedule
  • Monitor and report to the project management team on the day to day activities of the contractor

 

Results:

  • Review and approve all contractor documents relating to transportation and installation
  • Review and approve contract interfaces relating to transportation and installation
  • Review of project planning for T&I package
  • Preparation and coordination of complex marine operations involving multiple installation vessels
Renewable Energies

Offshore - Renewable energies

Context: 

  • Provence Grand Large (PGL): project for 3 wind turbines to be installed in Fos sur Mer

Activities:

  • Calculation of wind turbine loads and movements as a function of environmental conditions (swell, wind, current, etc.).
  • Strength and fatigue calculations for the wind turbine mooring line

Results:

  • Use of AQWA and Orcaflex software
  • Definition of the maximum permissible environmental conditions for the installation of the wind turbine
  • Extraction of wind turbine loads and movements for use by other engineering departments
