A Titan's career in in offshore wind energy
After graduating with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and spending 20 years in Scotland, the Netherlands and Brazil in the offshore oil and gas sector, it was important for me to return to France and take part in the energy transition taking place in the country and more generally in Europe. Titan Engineering's teams are heavily involved in offshore wind energy, with several dozen consultants participating in all phases of the industry's development.So I can take part in the construction of offshore wind farms. These titanic, innovative and unprecedented projects for the French marine territory require technical organisation, the choice of appropriate nautical tools, and above all the training of the best-prepared technical intervention teams at sea to carry out their tasks in complete safety.
Passionate about the sea and the ocean, I've been lucky enough to be able to settle on the Normandy coast, and soon on the Atlantic coast. I love seafood fresh off the boat!
Current position: Head of the Fécamp offshore wind farm construction base
Duration: 2 years
Main activities: Technical and HSE coordination of offshore construction activities, such as laying the foundations, the transformer station, installing the inter-wind turbine cables and fitting the wind turbines.
Coordination of teams of offshore technicians for commissioning and certification of safety equipment.

A versatile Titan
I am an industrial project manager with 13 years of experience. I have acquired expertise in various fields (Aeronautics, Naval, Nuclear, Pyrotechnics...) notably through Titan Engineering, which has allowed me to thrive in different companies.
My motto: It has to move! It allows me to step out of my comfort zone, something I also do in my personal life, which aligns with my lifestyle: with my converted van, whenever possible, I travel the roads and trails to venture into challenging mountain bike descents, surf tubes on the Atlantic coast, swim in open water in the Loire during midwinter cruises. It clears my mind and provides the necessary adrenaline for my balance!
Current position: Methods Project Manager
Duration: 4 years
Main activities: Coordinate the implementation of new pyrotechnic production methods that require a very high level of quality to ensure safety. Budget management, development and monitoring of schedules, communication with various stakeholders.

A Titan's career in IT
Always open to opportunities, I believe in trying and seeing rather than wondering if... That's why I left the United Kingdom for France, and 12 years later, I still don't regret it. I joined Titan after leaving my last job during a crisis period, and after my first meeting with Fabien, its Manager, I was really excited to be part of a team composed of people from different nationalities, ages, and experiences.
And in her free time, Annette tells us that... I enjoy hiking and skiing, but please don't follow me because I'm totally hopeless at reading maps... I've ended up off the trail before. As for skiing, I'm no expert, but I manage to navigate the slopes despite the falls...
Current Position: IT Project Manager
Duration: 2 years
Main activities: managing and implementing projects for the operations portfolio, being the main interface between the IT department, suppliers, and business partners, ensuring that all technical requirements are well gathered and understood to successfully deliver the project.

I love challenges and taking on all kinds of challenges, whether professional or sporting. And Titan is a company that isn't afraid of challenges and exudes a great energy for all types of projects, which is a true inspiration.
I perfectly align with Titan's values and I'm very proud to follow and support them from the beginning, whether professionally or in my personal life (through various charity races).
Current position: Structural Calculation Engineer
Duration: 6 years
Main activities: finding technical structural solutions in the offshore wind industry and recently in FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading). This involves collaborating with various departments: design, installation, construction, in order to adapt as best as possible to different constraints.

A Titan's career in management
I was lucky enough to join TITAN at its beginnings when everything was to be created, and it was a great boost for me to learn to organize an administrative service and to be able to build concrete bonds with the team and employees. Over time, I am committed to maintaining this communicative energy and staying close to each collaborator. I would say that I have a fairly festive temperament and I try to bring a touch of joy and good humor to my colleagues every day!
I have a small passion for singing that I cultivate during our events while waiting to be spotted and become a pop star!
Current position: Executive Assistant
Duration: 5 and a half years
Main activities: client billing, payroll preparation, employee relations, event organization, accounting reconciliations, equipment and supplies management.
